Welcome to Health Naturally Today

If you reached this site from www.ProstateHealthNaturally.com be assured that you are in the right place.

Health Naturally Today is the "sister" site to Prostate Health Naturally -- our Men's Health Information site.

The "Home" button at the left of the top menu returns you to the main entry page from which you can choose to reenter either site. Each of the other major sections of the site are reached via the horizontal menu at the top of this and every page on the site.

Health Naturally Today is oriented towards women's health issues, while Prostate Health Naturally is oriented towards men's health issues.

The Books, Products, News and Links sections of both sites are common.  Each of these sections can be reached by clicking the button for it on the topmost horizontal menu.

From the Products section you can purchase a wide variety of supplements like hormone creams, salivary hormone tests, and a wide variety of vitamins, herbs, health and sexual supplements.  Likewise, the Books section links to Amazon.com where you can order any of the books we recommend.  The News section contains numerous articles on various health conditions for both men and women, and finally from the Links section, you can visit other web sites I have found to be valuable for my clients and friends.

This site, Health Naturally Today, contains specific information about various female issues like Menopause, Uterine Fibroids, Breast Cancer, Hormone Balancing, Loss of Libido, Vaginal Dryness, and other conditions. More detailed information can be found by clicking on the Basic Health or Female Aging buttons on the top horizontal menu.

As of August 2008, we began publishing a free newsletter called "Health Naturally".  Use the box at the left to sign up for it.  Each newsletter offers insights to common male and female aging problems, and other natural health topics. Below the signup box is a link that brings you to the newsletter archive where you can view and read any previous newsletter. All previous newsletters are archived. You can visit the Newsletter Archive to read past newsletters.

Many pages on this site change often. If you are a regular visitor to the site, you can view the date at the bottom of any page to see when it was last updated.

This website discusses news and research about male and female aging with particular emphasis on sexual problems like erectile dysfunction or impotence, libido problems in men and women, as well as problems with orgasms.

There is no explicit sex on this site but some of the discussions may not be suitable for children. Use your discretion.

Please note that the information presented on this website is provided for educational purposes only.  The site goal is to support, not to replace the medical advice of a licensed medical practitioner. I urge you to read the Disclaimer section of this site carefully.

I will answer questions via email provided that they are of a general nature.  I read all emails personally and I will answer you but I get a lot of email - so be patient.

I am also available for one-on-one consultations via phone. Please note that I am a traditional naturopath, not a licensed medical doctor.  Consultations are limited to helping you to increase your knowledge so you can make better decisions about your condition.  See Consultations for more info.

I hope you like the site, and if you have suggestions to improve it, or if you would just like to communicate with me,  click here or on the "contact us" link shown on the left side menu of all pages.
