Session One — Aging, Anti-Aging, Nutrition and Hormones: —
An in-depth discussion of the typical changes that occur in our bodies as we age. This session covers nutritional and hormone problems unique to aging in both men and women as they progress from the 40’s to the 50’s, 60’s and beyond. We discuss the effects such changes have in the body and the problems they cause, including chronic conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, and other chronic conditions. We will also discuss ways to overcome nutritional deficiencies that occur with aging, and the wisdom of prescription replacement therapy (HRT).

Session Two — You and Your Hormones —
A discussion of the effects of normal aging, prescription drugs, and chronic health problems have on hormone levels and subsequently your overall health and well-being. This session will openly discuss many issues related to problems caused by hormonal imbalances like relationship problems, loss of libido, erectile dysfunction, vaginal dryness and other sexual problems. A major part of this discussion is about bio-identical hormone balancing for improved sexual and overall health for both men and women.

Session Three — The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly —
A discussion of the value of herbal and vitamin based food supplements. We show you how to tell the good from the bad, what to use, what to avoid, and how to spot phony cures, rip-offs, junk science, and health hoaxes. The session covers the basic minimum of vitamins and minerals needed to maintain health, and how herbal preparations and lifestyle changes can help strengthen your body and reduce your risk of problems.

Session Four — Chronic Illness —
In this session, we review illnesses that occur as a direct result of poor health habits, and most importantly, how to reduce the risk of getting them. The focus here is on natural ways to avoid many of the problems that plague our western society, like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, prostate problems, erectile dysfunction and other sexual problems, breast problems, cancer, osteoporosis, and other chronic conditions. This session covers some herbs, nutrients, and other drug-free ways to improve your health and help your body cope with any chronic conditions you may already have.

Session Five — Herbal Overview —
This final session presents an overview of many of the herbs commonly available in health food stores as well as some powerful medicinal herbs used in other parts of the world including China, Europe and the Amazon. We will discuss the benefits of many herbs and dangers of many herbal products. We will also have an in-depth discussion of the dangers of self-medicating with herbal remedies without professional guidance.
